Deccan Alumni Association of North America is pleased to host the 2024 DAANA International Convention at the Rosemont Convention Center, Chicago, IL 60018, from July 26-28, 2024.  

This event commemorates 40 years of formation for Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, India. The event includes a Gala Dinner, ACGME accredited CME event, financial planning event, youth event, ladies’ event, and an entertainment night. We expect 350-400 physician attendees and 1,200 plus total attendees. Our event is a great opportunity to showcase your products and services to a rich variety of physicians embedded in many different practice settings across the U.S. and abroad.

All sponsorship applications are subject to final approval by DAANA Board of Directors.

Includes 10 minutes of LIVE stage time, an 8 ft x 12 ft banner on main stage, promotional material during dinner, an advertisement on the DAANA website for 180 days, a booth inside main ball room (first choice of booth location inside the ball room), a booth for CME and financial event, an inside cover brochure advertisement, a slide run during the event and 6 gala tickets. 

• $15,000 DAANA PLATINUM SPONSOR PACKAGE (only 2 sponsors in this category) 

Includes a 5-minute video/ad during main gala dinner, a 6 ft x 10 ft banner on main stage, promotional material during dinner, an advertisement on the DAANA website for 60 days, a booth inside main ball room (choice of corner booth location inside the ball room), a booth for CME and financial event, a main page brochure advertisement, a slide run during the event and 4 gala tickets. 

• $10,000 DAANA GOLD PACKAGE (only 3 sponsors in this category) 

Includes 2 minutes video/ad during main gala dinner, a 4 ft x 6 ft banner on stage next to speaker podium, an advertisement on DAANA website for 30 days, a booth inside main ball room (booth inside the ball room), a booth for CME and financial event, one page brochure advertisement, a slide run during the event, and 3 gala tickets.  

• $5000 DAANA SILVER PACKAGE. Includes a booth inside main ball room, a booth for CME and financial event, a one-page brochure advertisement, a slide run during the event and 2 gala tickets. 

• $2500 DAANA BRONZE PACKAGE. Includes booth inside the main ball room, a half page brochure advertisement and a slide run during the event 

• $2000 DAANA PACKAGE. Banner only (inside the ball room), a booth outside the ball room, a  half-page brochure advertisement and a slide run during the event
